Good location but low on atmosphere and facilities

Lovely location and the quiet beach was good with enjoyable swimming and snorkling The facilities and service were a bit underwhelming. The breakfast restaurant is expensive and the bar not open and the beach restaurant not open each day. Housekeeping didn't always happen without asking.

À améliorer : Changer les serviettes de douche et de plage tous les jours ( séjour du 11/02 au 17/02 jamais de serviettes changer!!) Le petit bassin est à refaire car très sale au niveau des skimmer et le liner qui gondole( sur 6 jours je me suis trempé juste les pieds 1 fois!!) La machine café, le café est tiède et non chaud. Le restaurant: manque terriblement de choix Ce que j’ai aimé la vue, le calme, le personnel.

Très jolie chambre avec une vue mer. Cest propre calme. La terrasse dispose dune petite cuisine et d'un "bac a punch" c'est a dire d'un petit jacuzzi mais sans bulles. Le petit déjeuner est cher pour ce quils proposent mais le cadre est beau. A mon sens il manque vraiment une piscine dans ce complexe. C'est bizarre pour un 4 étoiles

Une honte!

Extrêmement déçu par le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel. Le descriptif de la chambre était particulièrement inexact: Pour plus de 300€ la nuit, le piscine privative promise était en fait un jaccuzzi 2 places,"upgradé" après contestation pour un bac de 4m2 environ. Le descriptif promettait 42m2, la chambre+SdB faisait en fait environ 18m2, nous n'avions pas la place de mettre les valises.

Vu le prix de la nuitée je m'attendais à mieux

À 175 € la nuit, le petit-déjeuner aurait pu être compris d'autant plus que 20 € pour un plateau servi en chambre, c'est un peu cher. Lorsque j'y ai séjourné début novembre 2022 il n'y avait ni piscine extérieure, ni bar de plage et le seul et unique restaurant (qui n'accueillait pas pour le petit-déjeuner) n'était pas tout le temps ouvert. Aucune installation commune donc, le jacuzzi annoncé sur la terrasse de la chambre n'est en fait qu'un bain à (très légers) remous, seulement 3 prises dans la chambre et elles sont utilisées pour les chevets et le téléphone. Chambre finalement peu fonctionnelle (aucune table ni chaise), accès aux chambres relevant du parcours du combattant (à moins d'avoir un sac à dos) et caution de 500 € demandée à l'arrivée alors même que les lampes sont collées aux tables de chevet ! La vue depuis la terrasse de la chambre est en revanche imprenable et le lit est confortable. C'est ce qui explique la note globale donnée mais je ne séjournerai plus dans cet hôtel.
