"Situated in an ideal position close to St Kilda and St Clair beaches, as well as the South Dunedin shopping centres. Although not new, the property is well maintained and spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, so I have stayed here several times over the years. My room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay."

"The room was clean and had all the amenities as advertised. It was comfortable enough and we appreciated the great views of the bay. Per Expedia booking, expected to receive email from the host, but never did (correct email verified in the booking). Had to search through our Expedia booking to get check-in instructions. The signs on the stairs leading to the studio were confusing - the sign points to the upper unit and the property address was posted at the top of the stairs, leading one to believe the studio was at the top level, it is not. There is no counter space so making even small meals is very challenging. The steep driveway is not mentioned in the property description. The steepness and the dip at driveway entry must be carefully navigated, lest you risk damaging your car. The booking details suggested parking across the yacht club across the road but it was not an option for us. Based on the Expedia images, we were expecting a well-maintained property, but the Expedia images are quite outdated: wood floors and the coffee table surface are visibly heavily very worn out, bathroom floor had what appears to be water damage, one of the window adjustment mechanism is missing a screw (held only by one remaining screw) and there is a cracked window sill."
