Hotel is outdated, room was unsatisfactory, slink was plugged when we arrived, next day toilet backed up, tv control did not work correctly, prices for food and drink in hotel are ridiculous, 2 large drinks at pool were 92.00, not again, I have stayed at planet at least 14 times never again. My advise is check other hotels

"I stayed on the first floor and some drunk lady was kicking on her door and screaming at her husband the security had to escort her off the property after an hour had passed since I called security. Mind you this was all at 5am. There was also a man that stole my sisters ticket from the slot machine ..."
