"The rooms and premises are always in top notch condition. Breakfast and the breakfast staff are incredible. I had two front desk attendants this visit and both were friendly and helpful. The one I saw the most, my mom brain forgot his name but I think it might have been Caleb? He sang happy birthday and gave my mother a gift and he also attended to the hot tub to make sure it was heating after maintenance had left from working on it."

"Good location. Unpretentious room. What shines most brightly at the Ozarker is the staff. Each person I engaged with — from the manager to barista/bartender to housekeeping — was warm, helpful, and clearly wanted me to have an enjoyable time in their community. People actually use the lobby area for games and conversation. Hospitality and community ties are clearly important to this locally-owned establishment. "

"Always excellent customer service, extensive breakfast, & clean rooms. The indoor pool is fun & large enough to not feel crowded, even with a lot of people. We love staying here!! "

The room was impeccably clean, and the staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and friendliness. The heated pool was an added bonus to an already excellent experience."

"Having two bedrooms, kitchen, and a living space was great for our family of four. The pool was nice. The only thing that kept us from giving a five star was the fridge breaking and the pool not being open on one day. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again. "
