The motel was good but the location is why I booked it. Walking distance to the historic downtown area. I didnt have to worry about traffic or parking in the very busy area.

Front desk staff were friendly and courteous. They even had little goodie bags for the event goers of the Women of Joy conference. Breakfast options and the mochachino were good. The room was clean but very dated and had a musty smell.

Close enough to walk to Branson Landing, but walking back is all uphill, and almost everything we wanted to do was on the same road as the hotel. There is a trolley stop at the hotel that goes to Branson Landing, we walked down to the landing and caught the trolly back up. The hotel was clean and neat, but on the double queen room, the sink is in the room and the bathroom is a bit small when you are moving around trying to get dressed, a very small negitive that didn't hinder our enjoyment at all. The staff was helpful and very nice.

Clean room. Sink drained poorly. Entrance to room outside. Shower had a lot of flow. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy, pancakes, sausage and eggs, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal packs, and breads. They had whole apples and little containers that held 2 grapes each or one sliced strawberry. They had bottled water. The pool was closed in the morning. The location is 2 blocks from Branson’s Historic downtown.

Very impressive the bed comfortable. The room clean, ac worked great. Suggestions would like a fan for more air circulation. Good location easy to walk to the shops and the landing. Breakfast was not bad. I would stay again.
