Very clean and spacious room with modern interior. Unfortunately, no normal bidet in the room. Was given 2 single bed instead of a double, as a couple this wasn't ideal at all. told at check in we'd get pool room only to end up with street view overlooking nothing. Breakfast selection very limited. However, they do give you extra chcoclate on pancake and breakfast staff were nice. Breakfast finishes at 11am which is great for late risers.
There was no electricity for over 1 hour as maintenance was happening however, was told very last minute once the power outage already happened. Husband was in the toilet and couldn't flush or wash his hands.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff made me feel very welcome.
A special thank you to Mr Reda and Mr Saad for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. I really appreciate the room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The level of service was exceptional, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality.
