I found the staff to be very rude and unprofessional. They kept saying, “We don’t speak English, speak French instead.” I find it unacceptable that hotel staff cannot communicate in English. This hotel only cares about taking money from its customers, not about providing proper service or treating guests with respect.

Outside hotel grounds terribly unkept and smelt of bins. Pool area awful not as shown in photos. Room clean but tired and bathroom needing a deep clean. Only ok thing about this hotel was the staff working the breakfast area.
