Not the fault of the hotel, but the area it is within is protected from motor traffic by pop-up barricades that take help to retract... extremely confusing for tourists. The hotel tries hard to give the procedures to guests, but unfortunately Expedia completely glosses this over, leaving you stuck and confused in a one-way street. "Excellent welcome for families. Toys and books available which is incredibly helpful. Book the restaurant if you want to eat there. Had no availability until 9pm which is obviously too late for young children. There are limited options nearby. "

"We stayed in a family room,which was nice. The 2 rooms are connected by a set of doors. The room was spacious and the hotel was well situated. We asked about the parking but the receptionist told us to park in the train station or on the street so im not sure if they have parking? There is an elevator so no need to carry your heave bags up 5 flights of stairs! We didnt try the breakfast but there's a delicious bakery 5 minutes walk from the hotel."

Bedrooms are cleans and swimming pool and garden a real bonus after a long day travelling in the area for business . Breakfast is extremely generous .Thank you for your kindness . "
