Clean, comfortable and friendly.
Small hotel that appears to be family run. Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Everything seemed fresh and home made. Staff was very friendly and accommodating; even when I checked in 4 hours early. Not too much excitement in the area but the hotel is good.

An edge of town establishment that is in need of some TLC. Staff very friendly and helpful but rooms are basic and not particularly sound-proofed and towels/mats in a very basic bathroom were all frayed at the edges. Arriving late, was pleased that staff offered a hot pizza as it is quite a walk to the nearest restaurant.

Pleasant stay. Chose this hotel as its location was convenient for arriving at an even smaller village not far away, where I had an early morning appointment the next day. The room was clean and the service was correct. Opted for “Comfort” room, to ensure our, ahem, comfort. Nothing spectacular here, but overall, a clean, safe place to sleep if you’re passing through the region. +Front desk staff was pleasant +Room was clean +Kettle in room for making coffee, as I had to check out very early -Bed was a bit squishy/not very firm -Duvet was synthetic

The only poor area is the quality of the room. Separate wash basins from the shower and toilet is a poor standard. The public areas and staff were very good.

Room was basic, with a horrible plastic carpet. It was over-heated and the air con either wasn’t aircon or didn’t work. There was tea and coffee making facilities but only decaf coffee. Most worryingly the fire alarm went off around 2.30am, the guests evacuated and waited outside in the rain and at no point did we see a member of staff!

Dear, do not hesitate to contact us about the heat, we can manage it at the reception. We can't change from heat to airconditionning on one room, we must change it for all the rooms at the same time. The fact is the tempature still changing and this week it was only 6°C during the night. Meaning that we can't turn off the heat at the moment. Our staff was present during this night and was discussing with the police because one of our guest decided to launch the fire alarm willingly. We are sorry that you've been distrub by this bad situation even if it's not our false... Kind regards,

My review is based on the VALUE of this hotel for the price point. The rooms are quite modern, lovely and clean. The bed feels fine, not plank-hard like other hotels. Electric Kettle in the room - with some effort put into accompanying items. The bathroom was modern and clean. The cement hallways feel like a nice motel, but once you're in your room, it feels like a good hotel in any city. Good WiFi. We booked the "superior double room," which expedia led us to believe had the sofa and extra room, but upon arrival, we found out that only the suite had the side room. The kind receptionist (who spoke english) gave us the suite because I wasn't thrilled with the mix-up and she understood the value of real customer service. Walked to dinner down the walking path. Did not have breakfast. Security was good; you need a room key to access any hallway. We walked up the stairs with luggage - like a motel, there didn't seem to be an elevator. The hotel is right in the middle of a modern intersection, but setback from the noise by its own parking lot. Hence the parking lot is lit by the intersection (smart) and we weren't bothered by any traffic noise at night. Bottom line: It was difficult to find a hotel near the airport that had good consistent reviews. Our hotel the night before was disappointing, so I didn't want to roll the die again.This hotel was fantastic for the price and 20 minutes from the airport. I wish I had a hotel of this price/quality ratio in my hometown.

Good value simple hotel
Good value simple hotel. Air con in the room was efficient Breakfast again good value and decent variety for a motel type hotel. Nice staff. Easy to locate from the Autoroute. Will stay again

Great hotel for the money.
Very good for the price, large comfortable beds and a large LCD TV in the room. Decent quality breakfast too. What more can you ask from this star of hotel?

Check-in was prompt and easy. Good location, nice breakfast, good value. Air conditioning isn't turned on until July though and windows do not have screens. If you are in building 2 you have no sheltered path into the main lobby breakfast area which can be inconvenient in inclement weather.

Ups: cheap. Clean. Staff helpful. Nice parking. Down: room was not so big. I could hear whatever the guy next door was doing. Breakfast not included, it costs “just 15% of the cost of the room” ………… Bottom Line: a Russian roulette. If you are unlucky you get the bullet, meaning a neighbour meeting his lover after a month without seeing her…..

great stopover Hotel
This was a stopover on the way from Switzerland to Spain. Accordingly the Hotel location was very good. The Hotel is nice, clean and well maintained. The room for me and my 2 sons fit the purpose. We appreciated the great breakfast buffet and the staff is very friendly.

This was a nice hotel with clean comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was good. The lack of on-site restaurant was not too bad as there are many restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately the staff were unhelpful on more than one occasion. The receptionist closed the bar early because she had too much to do. Unable to check-out at 06:00 in order to catch a flight as receptionist was adamant that she could not facilitate this until 06:30. Will not use this hotel again.

More than adequate and not too expensive
Only stayed the one night as a stop-over but couldn't fault it for cleanliness and friendly staff. A lift may be a useful addition for those less able but there are only three floors in total.

The hotel and the rooms are in good condition, but sound proofing between rooms, floors and hallway is awful. Fellow guests were not particularly loud: it is just the mediocre sound proofing of the building which is the issue. I felt 150 euros was way too expensive given this sound problem.

J’ai réservé une chambre avec une baignoire en faisant une demande écrite lors de la réservation, puis j’ai pris la peine de les appeler pour être certaine d’avoir une chambre avec baignoire ce qui m’a été confirmé et finalement on arrive et ce sera chambre avec douche, pas de baignoire disponible. Chauffage également à fond lors de mon arrivée dans la chambre. La salle de bain est vraiment sale , la chambre ça passe à peu près. Les couloirs de l’hôtel nous donnent l’impression d’être dans un hôpital. La chambre est plutôt jolie mais aucune insonorisation, si vous tombez sur des voisins bruyants n’espérez pas dormir. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel

Assez calme même si il est proche de la route et bonne literie. Petit déjeuner très bien pour le prix que nous avons payé. Petit bémol sur la propreté car j’ai retrouvé des taches sur les linges de bain, sinon personnel sympa. Proche du Village des marques et du petit centre ville

Bonjour,Nous sommes vraiment navrés pour ce désagrément, Nous n'avions aucune autre solution, un problème de tuyaux est survenue dans notre établissement ce qui a empêcher d'avoir l'eau chaude durant la matinée, malheureusement ce problème est indépendant de notre volonté.Nous comprenons totalement votre mécontentement , et avons fait au mieux pour trouver une alternative.Cependant n'hésitez pas à revenir vers nous lors d'un prochain séjour nous ferons un geste commercial.Toute nos excuses.
