"If you want to feel like you are starring in your own movie in a charming English village, book Well Cottage! The cottage is situated in the most perfect location. I did not have a car. So I spent mornings on long walks and then a nice lunch in the village. Then "home" to Well Cottage to rest my back in comfort, have a nice hot bath and then an evening out or reading in front of the fire. I slept so deeply( beautiful linens) in a very cozy bed. Disappointing

"Lovely grounds and area. The room was of good size and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, it had been a hot day and we didn't check in until late. We found the room boiling hot as no windows were opened. There was a fan in the room which made a incredibly loud racket and the doors to the balcony wouldn't open. We slept not well as a result of how hot it was. I'm sure our experience was a one-off but my feedback was brushed aside at check out. "

"I love Mollie's a lot. I was staying there on my own and wasn't due to arrive until the early hours, but their parking was right at the door, and the team were there to greet me and help after a super long day. It has excellent rooms and great staff; I can't wait for my next stay."

Birthday get away

"Amazing few nights away, rained the whole time so we couldn’t really go out or use the balcony but despite that the hotel is amazing and we were able to use the spa facilities multiple times, enjoyed treatments and the lobby bar was great! Would 100% return. "

"My second stay at The George. A boutique hotel with pleasant friendly staff. Comfortable, tastefully decorated room with easy access to parking. An easy walk to shopping areas of the Promenade and High Street, and for Montepellier Park for the Cheltenham Jazz Festival. A diverse range of restaurants compliment cuisines from around the world, situated nearby to suit every budget. "
