"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "

The terrace and pool area were perfect for long, lazy lunches in the sunshine. We had a slight issue with the freezer that was dealt very promptly by the helpful and friendly owners. "This is our second time staying here while driving from Netherlands to San Sebastian. The first time was so great we did it again and this time was even better. The staff is 10/10 amazing. Very patient with my bad French even thought they spoke English perfectly. Claire even spoke a good amount of Dutch. She checked us in and helped us with the menu and was overall a sparkling ray of sunshine. The dinner and drinks were great. This is a classic motel. Clean, hot shower, comfy bed, fabulous staff, close to the highway. It is older but not in a bad way. It has character and is just a great place!"
