  • CONDO HAS BACK UP GENERATORS!!! This unit has been completely renovated. New floors, bathroom, granite countertops, backsplash, bed, furniture, patio furniture and 50in flat screen TV. Unit also has upgraded WiFi internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean and St. John in the distance from your private patio. It's a 3-4 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina where you can do snorkeling trips or trips to neighboring islands, even British Virgin Islands. It's right beside the very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome. Drive 1/2 mile to Red Hook for the evening which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom w/ everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C unit keeps the unit very cool. Full-size fridge, eating area, dressers, and night stands, great outdoor patio. Laundry available onsite and free movie rental at the office. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Host was very helpful and responsive. Location was beautiful and safe. It was a short, steep walk to the beach and back but that just ensured a quiet peaceful stay away from the crowds. I would definitely recommend staying with Raleigh.

Great location with beautiful view. Raliegh gave great tips on what to do. We rented a dingy right out of the marina to go to St. John’s beaches . It was a highlight.

Awesome!!

We had an amazing stay!! The location was absolutely perfect. There were many places to eat and a beach very close by. Raleigh was able to work with us after our flights got cancelled. Overall was great!!

Great Stay!

My friend and I had a great stay at Raleigh's place. The place was clean, the bed was comfy, and we had great views of the water! Raleigh was super responsive to any questions we had. Would stay at this location again!

Great place

Very clean and a beautiful view. Plan on a steep walk up and down to the beach and resturant. We enjoyed the condo and owner was very quick to respond.

Loved how close this was to everything and especially to the ferry!! It was a cute place to stay at and the view was really nice. I loved that there was sunscreen and bug spray incase we didn’t bring any. The restaurant on the property was very good and convenient. I would definitely stay here in the future.

This room was absolutely perfect for my stay in St Thomas. It had everything I needed and was convenient to all the places I had to visit during my stay. A short walk to the beach, plenty of very good on site restaurants, nice pools, incredible views every day. As far as the room the bed was comfortable. It had a nice big TV, small kitchen with big frig, blender and Pod Coffee maker. I liked that they even supplied snorkeling gear, coolers, beach chairs, sunscreen lotion, bug spray, aloe and beach towels. It was so close to Red Hook where there was a bunch of great restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars!
