This ground-level, east-facing end-unit has A/C in both bedrooms plus lovely breezes from Kauai's easterly trade winds. Ceiling fans throughout add to your tropical island comfort.

Beautiful Property

Very beautiful property. Outstanding beds and baths. Highly recommend this property. A/C mini splits in the bedrooms made for a great sleep. Designed beautifully. Perfectly located for Northshore activities.

This place was 5 stars all the way! I can’t stop raving about it to my friends. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our quick trip to the north shore of Kauai. The kitchen has everything you can ever want for cooking. The Primary room is spacious and the bathroom is gorgeous…even better than the pictures. Great communication and very accommodating hosts, we will be back for sure.

The property was lovely—exactly as described and pictured in the photos. We especially loved the bathtub and well-appointed kitchen. Check-in was very smooth and we appreciated having access to beach chairs and snorkel gear.

Covenient Location

Great spot , only 20 min to Hanalei Bay where there is lots of good restaurants. Nice new Reno's . Everything was clean and tidy. ... Make sure you go down and check out the turtle caves.

Family Vacation on the North Shore

Super easy and nice location- walking distance to Queens’ Bath and quiet, mellow neighborhood. The condo had all the amenities and made it very easy.

Great family getaway

We had a great stay. The condo was updated, clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed the location for our daytime activities. We got to enjoy the Saturday Market right there in the community as well. We also ventured down to the Turtle Cove and got to see a Turtle. Would recommend.

Oasis apartment nestled between Ocean and mountains

A beautifully renovated large space. It was a wonderful and quiet stay. This place has everything you need! Ocean views and a mountain range out the back... it's very close to Hanalei Bay and other small towns if you need anything and there are so many beaches within a short drive. Highly recommend!

Classy clean and comfortable!!!!

Really enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The owner gave all the information that was needed to make finding the location and access to the unit easy. The unit is beautifully decorated and very homey! There was a slight view of the ocean from the unit. Great location to everything you need. We would definitely stay again when we return to Princeville.

Amazing

We just checked out. This home was in a beautiful location and was very clean, which is sometimes hard to find when traveling. I appreciated the attention to detail and the amazing kitchen set up so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. Definitely recommend fit anyone coming to the north shore!

Fabulous Princeville Condo

Our week in Princeville was amazing…we had a little issue finding the condo in the dark and the owners came right over and helped us, we were so thankful! The condo is beautiful and very clean. Also has amazing views from the patio and out the kitchen and dining room windows. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Princeville😁

Tasteful and Remodeled!

We loved this property. Tastefully remodeled, you can tell the owners did not leave any detail unnoticed. Everything was clean upon check in. Unit had everything you would need. Although I do recommend that the host have beach chairs available. I look forward to staying here again!

Amazing well stocked clean condo

This was a wonderful condo- we all agreed the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in. Linens were all super clean and plush- kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in bedrooms worked great. Wonderful place kuddos to the owners for putting so much thought into this home. Wonderful.

The property is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked to allow one to cook excellent meals. We had a problem with the cable television and needed to be on site while the cable company fixed it as Sheri was out of state. The location is very nice.

Peaceful and Clean

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Kauai condo! As someone with mold toxicity, I was nervous about traveling-but this place was clean, fresh, and safe for me. So grateful to enjoy paradise with my kids and hubby without getting sick. We loved Turtle Cave that is right below the condo. Definitely a bit harder of a hike with littles but if you’re up for an adventure it’s well worth it!! They also had every supply we needed-even beach toys, an umbrella, and chairs. Thank you for a peaceful and healing space!

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful, clean, new condo with all the things you need for your beach vacation. Storage locker had chairs, umbrella and snorkel equipment. The condo itself is more like a nice hotel with white linens and towels and very comfy beds. Bathrooms are updated with nice showers and big tub. We loved staying here and would definitely book here again. Easy to get in to the condo, not one problem!

Fantastic, beautiful and clean

Sherri and Larry were fantastic hosts. We had a wonderful time in their rental. Space is exquisitely designed and immaculate. The kitchen is stocked if you want to stay home and cook, and beds are very comfortable. The complex is perfectly located and there’s a beautiful spot to go and have a morning coffee at sunrise overlooking the sea. Thank you Sherri and Larry for opening your beautiful home to us! We will definitely be back.
