Very bright apartment, on the ground floor of a completely renovated building, overlooking Piazza San Giacomo, in the historic neighbourhood of Villanova.

You will find a jewel in the heart of the city centre, close to many shops, restaurants and historical monuments, all within walking distance. The apartment is custom-made to make each space even more special.
It is located on the ground floor, therefore with very easy access and is very bright because it overlooks Piazza San Giacomo, which is a big open space. At the beginning of one of the most chic but at the same time quieter streets of Cagliari, Via Sulis, which with its exclusive shops, make this area truly unique.
