In 2015, the restoration of the national monument "Markermeerlogies am See" was completed. It is now a luxurious summer house offering complete privacy, exclusively for your use.

The cozy yet exclusive furnishings provide a relaxing holiday for up to four people. The ground floor is spacious (120 sq m), comfortable, and modern, featuring underfloor heating. It's perfect for a wonderful holiday in any season. Internet access is available. You can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The house is detached. You are renting the ground floor (130 sq m). The upper floor (110 sq m) is unfurnished.

In the garden, there is a comfortable seating area where you can relax, read a book, or sunbathe with a refreshing drink. From your private property (200 sq m), you have direct access to the water for fishing. The garden also features a historic water cellar (dating back to 1750).
... A parking space for two cars is located right next to the non-smoking house.

The immediate area is ideal for cycling, hiking, and water sports.

There are several small beaches nearby that are perfect for swimming.

In a holiday park next door, everyone can enjoy free activities: young children can play in the children's pool and playground, older children can go to the outdoor pool on the Markermeer, and everyone can relax on the terrace overlooking the lake.
The picturesque towns of Enkhuizen, Hoorn (15 km), Alkmaar, and Amsterdam are easily accessible by car or train (the station is 700 m from your accommodation).
