Instead, the first thing we were told was that we were obligated to pay an additional $200 Euros because the reservation did not indicate we were bringing our 4-year-old daughter! We ended up staying in the same type of room but paying $200 more just so our daughter could use the sofa bed. The rooms were dark and very hot. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.
