It was so hot during our July visit we couldn't stay the second night of our two-night visit. The squeeky broken ceiling fan did nothing to make it better. Other visitors have mentioned it was cold during their visit. Everything i needed was supplied including plenty of information on Maine & the local area. The electricity & heating systems required some details before working correctly. Good, quiet & private location with Maes cafe and bakery 3 mins walk."
