"Birding trip. Very comfortable beds. Great bathrooms. Hot tub. Enjoyable kitchen to work in. Has all the basic supplies but not much else. Spectacular view and great outdoor seating. We do a lot of traveling and this was one of the best properties I’ve stayed."

"I arrived stressed at the end of a very busy month. I left….well you could have poured me into my car. A beautiful home, a breathtaking view, and a host that would have given me the shirt off her back. And when I say there were thousands of pelicans floating by with a smile, it would not be an exaggeration. The house is first class. Don’t miss this house when you go to Gualala."

"Enjoyed our second four day visit to this house. Like great views, clean, well stocked kitchen & nicely furnished. Two trees are blocking a lot of the beautiful ocean view & need trimming plus the yard in entry needs care as detracts from otherwise positive feelings. Good place overall."

"We had such a wonderful stay here! The property was absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous landscaping and so much to explore. We stayed in the Antique Cabin, which was so cute, comfortable and very clean. We saw tons of hummingbirds while walking around the property, which was such a fun little bonus. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted us when we arrived and made us a wonderful breakfast of biscuits and gravy. I would HIGHLY recommend it, the biscuits were definitely top tier! The area itself was also so peaceful and beautiful. It’s quiet, and every once in a while you can hear sea lions in the distance, which really adds to the whole coastal experience. Overall, we had such a great stay and would absolutely come back again!"

"The house was well appointed and beautifully placed with a wonderful meadow view looking straight at the Pacific Ocean. We enjoyed the grill and appreciated all of the kitchen amenities. Having three bathrooms connected to three bedrooms (with an additional bathroom) is very compelling. We hope to come back again."

"Very good location close to the beach and river. We were able to walk along the beach and kayak in the river, all a short drive from the property. The home had amazing views of the ocean and river as well, and was comfortable and cozy."

"My dog and I stayed for two nights in August 2026. It was an amazing trip, and the house and property are beautiful! We arrived at night and had no problem finding the property, checking in, etc. Check out was just as easy. The house had everything I needed from utensils to a coffee maker and even had a dog bed (my dog is 120lbs and fit perfect). The view is beautiful and the property is close to the town of Gualala along with a couple pet friendly beaches. Overall great experience. I highly recommend and will be coming back in the future."
