"Stunning location, beautiful, especially with the leaves changing color. View from every window is lovely. It's more remote than expected, so try to arrive during daylight hours because it is DARK. Stream is lovely. Kitchen has recent upgrades and is very nice, beds are comfy. I mistakenly thought that the couch was couch bed- it is not. The futon is small, would be good for kids. So, be sure to check with the host before going if you'll have more than 4 people and/or don't intend to share beds. Location is very peaceful - great for a relaxing getaway. I'd love to see it during winter."

"Wonderful trip in beautiful location. Dana warned me about the noise from the track and I could hear it, but it was so faint I barely noticed it unless I was thinking about it. Super comfy chairs for reading and the bed in the loft is great. My only suggestion would be to add a couple more lamps upstairs because there's a very comfy couch that isn't really usable most of the day due to low light. I'll definitely be back!"

"We were there for our son’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown. Perfect for us. A little less than 30 minutes away. Freezer would make some rattling sounds that would occasionally wake us up in the morning, but that seemed pretty minor to us. Plenty of space and nice setting. No close neighbors to worry about."

"My wife and I had an amazing stay at Deb's place! It was quiet all six nights we were there. The house was clean and well maintained. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Deb for a wonderful week!! We hope to stay here again next year."
