"Make long story short. I stayed at The Hilton for 2 nights. My room temperature was between 81 to 78 F whole time. Because it’s old buildings. They switched back to AC from Heat during heatwave in NY. They asked me to open the window, however it designed to open about 2-3 inches. They told me that they will find an electrical fan, never happen. We all have known the heatwave came from news sauces. It came three days before the day I checked in. But Hilton switched back to AC the day I checked in. I don’t know why they didn’t start turning on AC before the heatwave came. Not only my room but also whole building and guest rooms were hot. I was not very happy to work in my room and I had sweat all the time. Technicians are working hard for maintenance, and thy honesty told me that room temperature will not go down under 77 degrees for 4-5 days. I would like to make a complaint to management office. ."

"The room itself was terrible. One towel was available for the room when two people checked in. The only visible phone was broken and on top of the shelf. The bathroom sink was clogged there was no way to contact anyone at front desk so we waiting until morning to happily return the key and leave this horrible room. "

"Comfortable and clean room. Only negative was no coffee in the room or lobby. Maybe add a Keurig in the lobby so folks don't have to drive to get some."

"Food at the Bistro was delicious. The staff there were very nice. Evan at check in, was personable and efficient. The negatives were; no windows in the rooms and the Air conditioner in my room did not work. Maintenance came and made adjustments but did not fix anything. I slept in a warm room for two nights."

"Daily hearty breakfast, friendly and professional staff and clean facilities made my 2 week stay very comfortable. Would I come back here? Yes!"

"Our stay at the Artist's Den was very comfortable. Both Yvonne and Michael were immediately responsive to any questions that we had. For example, my brother from the state of Maine came down for 3 days to assist with our sister who lives in Manhattan. Yvonne made the adjustments to our rental agreement immediately so he could stay with us. This location is perfect - because of the closeness to the Long Island Railroad station, the 4 trips into Manhattan were very easy! In addition, we went to our nephew's wedding and were only 5 minutes away. This was a pleasant and peaceful stay. Thanks very much!!!"
