"Rooms were all unsanitary. Location was unsafe. Doors to building did not lock. TV's did not work. Rooms were not cleaned in weeks. Human hair all over shower, floor. Burn holes in linens, crack pipe burns in desks and floor. Staff refused refunding after cancelling 3rd night for all these reasons and Expedia did nothing to assist. Total rip off and disgusting. Been in Fraternity houses that were cleaner and safer."

"I'll keep this simple..I don't recommend at all ...Ever.. Regardless of price. If you dare not heed my warning that's on you.. Rooms at check in look around before settling because he workers fail to really clean... They definitely didn't clean my room there was crap on the walls I didn't notice right away.
