Calling this a ‘luxury’ listing is a joke. We had cockroaches in our room to which no accommodative action was taken. They would not move us rooms nor was there any monetary compensation given despite multiple pictures and emails about the issue. Dishes were dirty in the cupboards. Everything was cheap or falling apart - shower rod was falling out of the wall, furniture was stained and had cheap covers on them, patio furniture was a small cheap wooden set that had mold on the table and cushions, the mattress didn’t have a protector and was stained, there were finger prints and old oil splatter all over the cupboards, walls and stove, the fridge door doesn’t shut, and so on and so forth. Don’t waste your money.

It is not on the beach. Pictures misleading….Door was broken, bathtub flooded in minutes and fire alarm would go off when a hot shower was took. Quick to take ur money for early check-in/late check out almost could feel the greed. But nice pool war with amazing bartender and food.

Room was clean and well decorated. Every time I texted with a question or needed something, they responded quickly and accommodated us. The room was great. Exactly like the pic.

The front desk was awesome. I stayed at marriott before in the past.This marriott, by far was the best due to the staff to the shuttle drivers sharodd and julio and Ms Sonia that have customer service at the coffee cafe was wonderful liseite and Hunter at the front desk was awesome very knowledgeable
