"There was no parking available upon my arrival, and the surrounding area was very loud. When checking into my room, the room smelled like it had been smoked in every day for 10 years, even though it was a non-smoking room. The staff was courteous enough to let me change rooms, but it was an entire process that took half an hour. Upon turning on the water in my better smelling room, multiple bugs scattered from the sink. The entire place is in need of upgrades. Absolutely will not stay there again."

"Absolutely horrible stayed for three nights and had to beg for clean towels and ask twice for room service to clean the room cause it smell bad and they never came. Then went to front desk to talk to the manager and was told sorry but nothing I can do"

"Clean room but the popcorn ceiling was bubbling and peeling off, making it look grungy. AC good. Bed good. Desk good. Mini fridge worked. Microwave was questionable but worked. The door latch on the microwave was malfunctioning. Seemed dangerous. Bathroom/shower good. Things are obviously older but fairly well kept. Swimming pool nice but not heated. The first night the pool was closed at least a hour before advertised. Typical “meh” breakfast. Staff were welcoming, polite, professional and friendly. The cleaned and made up the room every day. Lots of restaurants nearby. Plenty of free parking available. Best feature is the price."

"WiFi doesn’t work, neither does TV in room. One receptionist pretty much accused me of not having a room, I got dropped off from Uber, guess he assumed I was a Bum, LAST place I would wander around, nothing works, coffee cold asf…"

"The staff were amazing but that’s where the positive stopped. The air in our room was broken and it was so hot. One of our travelers was pregnant and we were told there were no other rooms were available. We were miserable all night. The hotel seemed run down and smelled strange too."
