We were there 3 days from Saturday to Monday and cleaning service wasn't available on Sunday so the room was not cleaned at all. The aircon wasn't working well either. The room is clean and quite spacious. The location is quite convenient in Chatswood. They took a security deposit that wasn't refunded ...

Amazing experience - try to plan enough time to do the zoo at least 2 days and take the nite tour the hotel offers ($25.00 per person) and get an animal view room - so cool to have Koalas sitting in the tree outside the windows Rooms need a good vacuum - corners and ceilings
