Family Reunion
This home was perfect and everything we needed. We are all a bit sunburned and enjoyed the pool! We would stay again, next years family reunion maybe in May as July was HOT!!!!

Ginni's Gem!
This is our second time returning to Ginni's Gem, and we'll be back! It was extremely comfortable for our large multigenerational family, and the pool was a huge plus. We cooked many dinners in the kitchen and all enjoyed the screen porch.

Large house with secluded pool area getaway
The house has an excellent setup. Clean kitchen and had everything we needed. Perfect outdoor area with pool and landscaping. Very relaxing atmosphere. We loved the enclosed screen area with the bar and TV. Plenty of space for multiple people to congregate. Check-in was easy.

Great patio & great house for visiting family and hanging out
We really enjoyed our stay. The patio was awesome. Having such a large screened-in and shady area allow my family to hang out pretty much day and evening - playing games, chatting, etc. The house was exactly as advertised. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The one thing I was worried about when booking was that the house appeared to be in somewhat close proximity to the expressway, but in reality it is far enough away that we heard no traffic noise at all. We didn't stay here for purposes of going to the beach so I can't comment on how close or easy it is to get to the beach. Overall highly recommended.

Nice place!
Beautiful place with more than enough space for our family of 5. Only downside was that the "spa" attached to the pool is not actually a jacuzzi (doesn't heat up like a jacuzzi) but we were advised of this in advance. It didn't matter much because the weather was so hot. Otherwise, lovely place with good access to Boynton Beach and Delray Beach and an easy drive to West Palm Beach. I rented a road bike during my stay and it was an easy bike ride from the place over to A1A, which is very cyclist-friendly. We had a great time.

Ginni’s Gem - indeed!
Fabulous! Would not hesitate to stay here again! The house was beyond clean and we appreciated the stocked cabinets. Our large family had enough space to spread out, eventhough we lived on the lanai and in the spectacular pool and backyard. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect Getaway for a Getaway
Our second time at this property; such a great place. Again the pool, nice side yard for outdoor games, and the priceless lanai area for shade make this property ideal to have the best of the Florida sun and fun!

great getaway to sunny Boynton Beach
We had a great getaway to sunny Boynton Beach and surrounding area. This home was so spacious and comfortable. Lots of nice and thoughtful touches. The pool and patio and screened porch were so relaxing. Property manager/owner super proactive and helpful with communication and ideas of things to do in the area. We hope to go back again. Highly recommend!

Great place to enjoy a family reunion
Our stay here was just as wonderful as we had hoped. The accommodations worked out quite well for five adults and one three year old. The lanai became our gathering place. There was plenty of room to run around, easy access to the pool, and enough seating to accommodate six other visiting family members. The house is stocked with even more than we hoped for as far as food staples, games, and toys for the little guy. Contact with the property manager and owners was easy, with quick replies to any questions.

Wonderful sibling reunion!
This house was a fantastic getaway for my 4 siblings and spouses to meet up! We all agreed that the home gar exceeded our expectations! The rooms were perfect for 7 adults to have their spaces, the kitchen was stocked with necessities, the screened in porch was stunning and spacious and ended up being the area we used the most, the pool was clean and inviting, as was the outdoor space altogether, and it wasnt difficult to get to the beach to spend time there. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Best Vacation Home Ever
The house was absolutely perfect for our trip to Florida! We used the beautiful built in pool every day, all day long. This 4 Bedroom home was big enough for 2 family’s and we still had plenty of room. The house was so clean and beautiful inside and out. Ginni our host was amazing and made sure we had a clean pool during our stay. We can’t wait to make this a yearly tradition every year with our family! We miss the house already. Great Property; Great Getaway; Great Stay!
We had a fantastic stay! The property was excellent. The screened-in lanai made for such convenient fun while in and out of the pool, morning coffee, or just relaxing with the ocean breezes blowing. Property was very clean, with well-stocked kitchen, and beds/baths with plenty of room for comfort. Would highly recommend this property!

Lovely outdoor area
This home is the ideal place for outdoor activities. The pool/screened-in outdoor area were incredible. We spent everyday swimming and when we weren't swimming we were in the lanai. Perfect place for family gatherings.
