"I took pictures it was SO BAD. The mattress was suposed to be queen size but was a full on a queen metal base so i kept scraping my leg getting in and out of bed. Exposed sharp screws from the broken toilet paper holder so the toilet paper sat on the disgusting floor. I picked up the phone to call the front desk because i never received ANY towels but refused to put it up to my face because it was distgusting so i called the front desk from my cell phone. There were 2 very small and flat pillows on the bed so i asked for 2 more so i could sit up on the bed but never received them. Since the mattress was on the wrong size bed base it was difficult because it kept sliding away from the headboard. The tub was absolutely DISGUSTING so i couldnt take a shower. The bathroom sink was clean. But there were no tissues, no coffee maker,"
