Resort style 1BR/1BA condo located in the luxurious and secure Casa Costa building on the Intracoastal waterway. The amenities of the building are incredible: 24 hours concierge, security, valet parking, pool area at the 5th floor (2 pools), Jacuzzi, gym, sauna, steam room, massage, billiards, business center, conference room.

We are offering free beach passes for the rest of the year (60$/day value) with every rent. This will cover 2 chairs and umbrella or cabana in many beaches. (Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Riviera Beach, Lake Worth, Deerfield Beach)

Totally furnished unit including linen and dishes. One king bed in bedroom and another pull out queen in the living-room. Huge balcony from bedroom and living! 1 parking space in the garage.1 mile to the beach where you will find two beach chairs and an umbrella. Walking distance to Boynton Beach Marina and local restaurants. Just need to bring your toothbrush and live the resort style!

Nice place to stay

Condo just as advertised. Nice location near the beach and a close drive to West Palm. The pool and gym were convenient amenities and the owner provided detailed instructions for checking in.

Great place!

This is a wonderful resort style condominium complex that is super clean and has great amenities including a large pool area with loungers and tables and umbrellas, fitness room, men’s and women’s locker rooms with steam room and sauna! Also has great security and the location is ideal!! The unit was very cute, clean and had all that you needed for your stay. The hist was AMAZING and always returned your emails promptly!! Would definitely recommend!!

We love this condo. The unit and everywhere in the building is absolutely spotless! It’s easy to walk to local restaurants, a 10 minute walk to the beach and the most important thing is having access to beach chairs and umbrella. What a treat!

It was 10 minutes to Delray Beach/Atlantic Avenue and 20 minutes north to West Palm Beach/CityPlace. Having the beach chair and umbrella pass was a great plus! Pool on the fifth floor was lovely.

Wonderful place to stay

We spent 5 nights here and we LOVED it. Location was great. Pools were beautiful. Condo was extremely clean. The bathtub is super roomy. Kitchen had the basics we needed. Having a spot in the parking garage is a huge asset. We felt so safe and secure staying there. My husband was very impressed. The bakery was amazing and the pizza place next door. Great place! Great Stay

We really had a wonderful stay. It was a great location with access to all of the things that we wanted to do. Very close to the beach. We love the fact that we could rent beach chairs and an umbrella with our stay! The place was very clean and communication was excellent. We had no problems and we loved parking in the garage there on site. The parking and building was very secure with gated access and codes. The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed. We would consider staying there again for sure.

10 day getaway

The unit we stayed in was very clean and convenient to all amenities. The gym and the pools were never crowded and were also very clean. There are restaurants within walking distance and Delray is short drive away. The CVS across the street was good if we needed anything. Just like previous reviews this place is exactly as described. The host, Alina went above and beyond to make our stay exactly what we wanted. Also, we left a bag at the condo and Alina picked up the bag and had the bag back to us the next day! She is a fantastic host from the beginning until the end of your vacation.

The condo was very nice. Bed was so comfortable pillows were ohhh so nice. Couches were amazing. Everything was clean. Living room TV had its challenges with loading...continually but bedroom TV loaded right away. The washing machine worked great, but the water lines are crossed. Cold is hot and hot is cold. I realized this when i was removing my clothes to dry them, they were hot from the rinse. Hence the title of my review. The neighbors were extremely loud. But they may have been on vacation as well. But everything else was great. And did I mention how comfortable the bed was lol

Great condo!

Absolutely great, the only down fall was the elevators in the North tower was out of order. Not the fault of the owner. Very cozy and quaint! Close to everything.

As described

This unit was exactly as described. Security inside the building was great. However, with all the building security I was surprised by the "basic" lock on the unit. The covered parking was great and easy to find. The w/d was nice to have, however the ice maker in the fridge did not work properly. An overhead fan in the bathroom would be nice as the bathroom smells musty. This is a great location with plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Overall, I would recommend this unit and I would stay again.
