    We're located only minutes from DT Bracebridge, Santa’s Village, Bracebridge Falls, shopping, hiking, biking, restaurants & more!

    This custom cottage includes a hot tub with a breathtaking view of the Muskoka river! This deep river has a natural sandy shoreline which is perfect for swimming kayaking, canoe, and fishing.

    This property is newly listed on VRBO! This well-built Custom home has all amenities of a Cottage Resort, perfect for a large family. It features a bright and open concept main floor with a new floor, newly remodeled kitchen, cathedral ceilings exposed wood beams, and new handmade wood beam rustic farmhouse ceiling fixture chandeliers!

    It also features a Formal dining area with a wood stove, a walk-out to a private deck and a BBQ area overlooking the front yard and river.

    Kitchen:
    kitchen with wood cabinets and countertops. Our kitchen features drawers, branded kitchen appliances, garbage disposal, Teabags, Coffee with electric kettle, toaster, and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.

    Washrooms:
    Our washroom features a walk-in shower, sink and don't worry we didn't forget the toilet seat! We make sure that all towels, toiletries are provided so that you can enjoy a comfortable stay.

    Main floor Bedrooms:
    Master bedroom with additional adult loft bed idea and new remodeled 4pc en-suite bath, walkout to its own balcony. New additional 4th cozy bedroom with built-in storage bed on the main floor.

    Lower Floor Bedrooms:
    Lower level offers 4 additional remodeled bedrooms, newly remodeled 3 pc bath with laundry, new floor & new sitting area with walkout to brand new Hot Tub & front yard and river, excellent for all water activities, which are included(kayak, canoe, paddleboard, swimming devices, life jackets ). We also have a Pool Table & a foosball table also inside our games bedroom.

    This cottage is also A winter paradise! Some of the winter activities include Winter paradise Hiking Trails and Crosscountry Skiing trails only minutes away.

Great place for large family with a few issues to address

Overall we had a great stay. The house was large for our party of 9 and generally well equipped. To note, hand towels for the bathrooms were not included. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done and the dock had a very steep part that needed a railing. The canoe had one broken paddle. Overall our family had a good time and thought the location on the river was excellent for toddlers. We would go back again.

It’s a nice property on a quite river

We rent a cottage every year with friends and family members. This is a nice property, on the river, with no interference from neighbours and within 2 hours from Toronto. We were a group of 16 people and some had to sleep on the pull down sofa which were very run down. We paid $8K for 5 nights which was a lot considering the quality of the property. Also this property should be advertised to accommodate only 12 people. The mattress are really good and everyone appreciated them as being comfortable. Some of the old chairs put around the fire pit broke and twice people fell while sitting on them. They need to be thrown out as new chairs were available. The Manager was very quick to look into issues that were brought to his attention and got them rectified. Overall it was nice to get out with friends and family members as we had good time together doing different activities in and around and on the water as the property has a canoe and a new pedal boat.
