  • Welcome to your perfect Muskoka getaway! This newly built private cottage is tucked away in a quiet setting surrounding by mature tress and boasts 300ft of waterfront. The cottage has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms as well as a large open concept living room with wall to wall windows with a view of the lake. Outdoor days can be enjoyed by swimming in the lake, relaxing on the dock, the large private deck, or the screened in sun porch. Inside, includes two heated electric fireplaces and a television with a wide selection of live channels plus free on-demand movies and series. A general store, with basic groceries is a 5 minute drive away, or the town of Bracebridge is a 15 minute drive away.

We enjoyed our stay! The listing was exactly as described, and the house was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The two bedrooms plus the additional parent suite were perfect for our group. One of the biggest advantages for us was that the entire home is on one level, which made it much safer and more convenient since we were traveling with our old dog. Our host was highly responsive and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We also loved the private lake access, and having the kayaks available made our stay even more fun. We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again!

Beautiful cottage and a quite location. Had a few issues checking in, but the host was very helpful and resolved all issues quickly. Everything on one floor - but lots of room! Access to lake was easy. Cottage had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
