"The Novotel staff and venue is fantastic. Sadly the licensed club below thinks it’s acceptable to have a DJ pumping at a stupidly loud level at 12.30 am on a Saturday and Sunday morning that we could hear on level 5. Wasnt so loud that you couldn’t sleep but the fact we could hear it all is unacceptable. Would have rated it a 5 star venue if it wasn’t for the stupidity of club management. "

"The accommodation was very basic, but good value for money where the location is really handy to the hospital The staff were very helpful and the food in the restaurant was amazing and well priced."

"Very Calm environment, simple and elegant interior, nothing flashy or shiny. At the time of Checkout, we met "Moss The Boss", oh, he was such an amazing person and the best asset of any Organization."

"My only suggestion is that when you clean the aprtment, son't switch all the lights on and the air-con as it's a total waste of power. "

"Great customer service, safe to park outside especially with security parrolling carpark with buggy. Awesome view from level 4 can see rugby field and surroundings. Definitely be returning"

"Traveling with a service dog, I was denied entry by the receptionist. Would not accept that my dog was entitled to access even though I produced the service dog identification.I explained the motel was liable for a for a $10,000 fine, and had to threaten to call the police. Finally she called the manager, who thankfully sorted things out. Was not a good experience for a suffer of PTSD. When loading the car to depart at 6 am, i was locked out, as was another guest. There is no access to the rooms from outside until 7am. After a wait of approx 45 minutes another guest was leaving and I was able to get back in . I will not be staying at Ibis again."
