Started and ended our stay with a good feeling!

The host was wonderful, wanting to be sure we were happy with everything, from arrival to departure. Everything was as expected , and very comfortable, had everything we needed . Location close to everything, so that made it more perfect! Will def be staying here next time we visit AMI!

Great little place

We stayed for one night while visiting family nearby. It's very clean and quiet, and just like the pictures. Not fancy, and no full kitchen, but we were expecting that. It worked great for our needs and the location was ideal for us

Studio apartment close to Anna Maria Island and Robinson preserve!

This was a great place to stay if you want to be close to the island and hiking trails on a budget. I would not recommend it for more than two people as the couch is very small and uncomfortable to sleep on. The large bedroom and king size bed were very comfortable and the studio was very clean.

Great location and early check-in!

Thanks for the early check-in! After driving all night, spending the morning at the beach, and eating a delicious fried shrimp lunch at the Sandbar Restaurant, we enjoyed getting a shower and nap! Definitely worth the stay!

Ample everything

Well provisioned stay with a big bedroom and king bed. Great location just off Anna Maria island with quick access to shopping and highways. Lovely hosts with many circus stories!

Nice place to stay at a great rate

The rental is as described. It was very clean and as a female traveling alone, I felt very safe staying there. The providing of extra amenities such as paper plates, plastic utensils, coffee, and toiletries was very considerate and very much appreciated. I would definitely stay there again if i was back in the area. The owners communication was great and he left motes with any extra information that I might have needed. He made sure that I knew how to get hold of him if I had any questions or concerns.

Bryce was a great host, he has sticky notes everywhere and can I just say they are so helpful. The place was very nice and relaxing. My friend and I absolutely loved staying here. Will be coming back in the future!

Great place for a quick stay

My husband and I attended a wedding on Anna Maria Island and stayed here for one night. It was perfect for us. Quick communication, easy check in, clean little apartment and a quick drive over to the island. Reminder: this is the side apartment of the hosts home. We did hear them on the other side flushing a toilet in the morning but that’s really it.

Perfect stay

For just me, this was perfect. Much much better than the hotels in Bradenton. It is close to the beach. I was in town for Pirates Spring Training and it is 10 minutes from Lecom park. It's a typical Florida residence. It was nice to make morning coffee. Plenty of refrigerator space. Felt very comfortable and taken care of. Will definitely stay again here when I return.

No frills but accommodating for a short stay

Met our needs for a short 3-day stay. Close to the friends we were visiting and conveniently located to the beach. It's an 'efficiency' unit as noted in the description. Unit is dated so don't expect much more or you will be disappointed. Owner and project manager were very nice and accommodating.

Everything excellent

This was our first experience with any private rental, as seniors was very easy.The owner’s description was very accurate. This was very easy and close to go to Anna Maria Island and any place wanted to go with ease of no traffic. Will rent again when in this area. The property was very enjoyable and quite ,very relaxing and felt very secure. We felt that if we neeeded anything it was taken care of. The pool was nice. Had lots of privacy also. So hated to leave , we felt comfortable and bed slept comfortably. Thank you Bryce and mother Colleen for being concerned with our needs away from home.

Quaint little vrbo

We had last minute change of plans, my sister and my husband and I were traveling together. The VRBo was quaint, little and well equipped. They had toaster, electric skillet, two small refrigerators, one with a small freezer, they had granola bar snacks and even individual cold cereal. If you really needed laundry done the owner of the home would do it for you. We had access to their pool but it was colder weather, but we enjoyed sitting out by the pool. We asked for a crock pot and they sat one out by our door. The hosts were very accommodating. We met the lady as we were leaving, she was very sweet. Not a lot of room but it had everything you needed.
