The heated pool feature is available for an extra $15/night (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and pool heater may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know before you check-in. Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

The EV charger is a Siemens 48-AMP VersiCharge. Please bring the appropriate adapter for your particular vehicle.

Nikki was great with communication, property was clean and as stated. The game room and pool were nice amenities. It was a great location, not too far from Anna Maria Island or Premier Sports Complex at Lakewood Ranch.
