Welcome to The Papaya House, a beautifully remodeled tropical retreat located just three miles from the sugar-white beaches of Anna Maria Island. Nestled in the quiet Coral Shores neighborhood near the historic fishing village of Cortez, this inviting home offers the perfect combination of coastal adventure and backyard relaxation.

Inside you'll find a bright and comfortable layout featuring two separate living rooms, making it easy for everyone to spread out and unwind. The fully equipped galley kitchen includes both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a convenient pass-through bar, and everything needed to prepare meals for your group.

The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with two queen bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. Every bedroom includes a TV with streaming apps, while one bathroom features a walk-in shower and the other offers a tub/shower combination.

Step outside to your own private tropical paradise. The expansive 1,800-square-foot backyard features a heated pool with waterfall, relaxing hot tub, gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, BBQ grill, and outdoor games—creating the perfect space for family fun and unforgettable evenings under the Florida sky.

Enjoy nearby beaches, fresh local seafood in historic Cortez, biking, nature walks, and all the attractions of Anna Maria Island before returning home to your own private oasis.

House Rules & Important Information
• Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.
• Professionally Managed – This property is proudly managed by Florida Dreams Realty of Anna Maria Island.

Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
