Welcome to “5 Beaches” — your family-friendly Florida escape just 5–15 miles from some of the most beautiful sugar-sand beaches in the U.S.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath pool home is designed for fun, comfort, and connection. Whether you’re floating in the heated pool, soaking in the hot tub, grilling on the lanai, or hanging out in the “teen shed,” every corner is set up for making memories.

Perfect for multiple families, the house sleeps 11 guests (maximum of 8 adults), and includes baby gear, beach gear, and tons of games, so you can travel light and focus on relaxing.

Rooms & Sleeping Arrangements

Primary Suite – King bed, ensuite bath w/ pool access, blackout curtains, Smart TV, Alexa, large closet.

2nd Bedroom – King bed, large closet, luggage rack, blackout shades, charging ports.

3rd Bedroom – Two Twin beds (convertible to King), blackout shades, closets, wireless charging.

Bunk Room – Full + Twin bunk, pull-out Twin trundle. Sleeps up to 4 kids.

Location

We’re just 5–15 miles from five incredible beaches, each with its own charm — perfect for exploring something new every day. Centrally located between Bradenton and Sarasota, close to grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. A car is the best way to get around.

Things to Know

Quiet Hours: 10pm–8am (strictly enforced by neighbors).

Optional Pool Heat: $25/day (max $200 per stay, up to 2 weeks).

Optional Hot-Hot Tub Upgrade: $100 per stay (otherwise pool + tub are same temp).

Starter supplies (toilet paper, soap, detergent) are included — guests are responsible for replenishing as needed.

No early check-in or luggage drop-off (our cleaning/maintenance window is tight). If you need extra time, we recommend booking an additional night.

Pool & Hot Tub Safety

We provide child gates, life jackets, and pool safety reminders. Please always have an adult watching swimmers, especially children. No diving — the pool isn’t deep enough. No one under 15 in the hot tub without adult supervision, and please keep it at 100°F or below.

Guest Access & Communication

The entire home is yours during your stay. Keyless entry makes check-in simple. We respond quickly to questions so you can relax knowing you’re covered.

Other Things to Note:
• NO parties or loud music; $500 fee - Quiet neighborhood 10 pm-8 am at the house/outside by the pool
• Dogs; $250 fee 1st pet - $150 fee 2nd pet - Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals. The fee will be $300 if the pet accompanies the guest without notice.
• Pool/Hot Tub heat: $25/day ($200 max/visit) $100 Hot Tub heat fee/stay
• NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $200 fee
• NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest - please double check your registration information at the time of booking and before arrival and notify us of any changes.
• $40 per hour late fee for late check-out (after 10 am) - cleaning staff is paid regardless of start time.

• We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

• Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself.
• Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful
• Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should. We strive to keep the property in 5-star condition.
• Please check propane levels when you arrive. There is a spare tank for your use; if you use the spare, please let us know so we can refill it after you checkout. We will gladly reimburse you if you have to run and swap the tanks.
