Newly renovated in 2022. this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private pool home is located just 10 minutes from Anna Maria Island.

The moment you walk into the door you will notice the great attention to detail, inside and outside, and your vacation will be off to a wonderful start. Go for a swim in the heated pool, gather for a meal around the outside dining table, or turn on the Edison lights above the lounge area at night and make unforgettable memories with friends and family.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, large TV, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and TV, the third bedroom two twin beds and a small office desk. The second and third bedroom share a hallway bathroom with shower/ tub combination.

The open living, dining and kitchen floorplans invites the whole family to spend time together after a long day at the beach. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and more. The countertop offers seating for two, and six more comfortable spots are available at the dining table. The living room offers plenty of plush seating for everyone and a large smart TV is ideal for movie nights, or to catch up on your favorite show.

Beach essentials such as chairs, umbrella and cooler are available, as well as one parking spot inside the garage and another 3 on the driveway. Robinson Preserve, a 600+ acre nature preserve is only a 10 minute car ride away, and GT Bray, a large recreational park, only 2 minutes by car.

Great place for vacation

A lovely house with a great pool and outdoor area. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and everything within a good distance. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back.

Brilliant Property and Location

This is the second time we have stayed in this property and it was just as we remembered it. Spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and presented and really well located for anything you may wish to do in Bradenton. Definitely recommend this place.

As we drove up the circular drive, the landscaping and house was pretty. Entire house is beautifully decorated and cozy. The living room is very comfortable including the sectional with the huge TV. Best part is the pool area which is surrounded by trees and bushes. Pool was clean and caged in so no bugs. The outside living room was a wonderful place to read a book and take a nap. Enjoyed meals outside too. Close to restaurants and not a far drive to Anna Maria Island. Very special place to stay.

Soccer trip stay

Our sons were playing soccer at IMG Academy and this was the perfect location. The house was clean, well-maintained and had kitchen and bathroom amenities to make our stay easier. We enjoyed the pool and it was nice being able to make meals in the nice kitchen. I would completely recommend.

Family Spring Break 2024

Great experience! House was very clean and well-appointed, plenty of room for our family of 5. Outdoor space with pool was perfect for relaxing before/after our daily activities. Nice location very close to AMI but in quiet neighborhood that was a retreat from the business of the Islands. Will be back!!

Great location

This property was clean beds were comfortable easy access to Anna maria island grocery store along with places to eat! Highley recommended to stay here at this property. Relaxing Vacation Week

We loved this house! So cozy and comfortable! Exactly like the pictures from the listing. We spent lots of time at the pool and cooked a lot of meals at the house. We went to the beach a couple of times on Anna Maria Island, which was only about 10-15 minutes from the house. Great location and neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Villa!

So pleased we chose this villa. It was a complete accurate review of the details of it & it did not disappoint us. The pool was fantastic along with sun loungers to relax on. The beds were huge & so comfy! The sofa in the lounge was so soft to chill out on & watch TV. The kitchen had all the amenities required & Wifi was perfect. Location was spot on for all the places we wanted to visit & communication with Island Dreams was easy. We will definately be back at this villa for sure!!!

Three week stay in December from northern US state.

Pool & patio are awesome. All the needed outdoor amenities were furnished and in great working condition: chairs, lounge chairs, grill, table, pool floats, beach towels, etc. Inside the home was very clean, tidy and nice: large main room TV, TV’s in two main bedrooms, all the needed appliances, utensils, china, washer & dryer, etc. Well equipped! Nice quiet neighborhood as well. Overall, great place to stay!

Beautiful Home Away From Home

Andy's Paradise was the perfect house for our yearly summer vacation to Bradenton/Anna Maria Island. The decor of the house just blew us away the minute we walked in the door. So much better than the pictures! The house was pristine clean with everything we could possibly need. Our favorite spot was the pool and patio area. Plenty of comfy seating to relax by the pool, eat meals, and enjoy the great weather. Big bonus was the heated pool! We spent countless hours in the pool including evenings due to the temperature always being just perfect. We would love to make this our vacation home again next year! Plenty of pool and beach toys were available and the location was perfect to get to any of the Anna Maria Island beaches within 10 to 15 minutes.

Perfect - exactly what we wanted and what we expected.

The location is central to everything you could want to do whether it's at the north end of AMI, south near Cortez or all the way in Sarasota. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was thought of. The property manager was responsive to questions. The pool was perfect and the back porch was relaxing. Our family of 5 fit comfortably. Having access to the garage was nice. Pool floaties, beach chairs, beach umbrellas were provided. Gas for the grill was provided and refilled for no extra charge. The linens were clean and comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've slept in outside of my own home. Would come back any time.

Amazing rental house

We have been renting on Anna Maria Island and in Bradenton 2-3 times a year for over 15 years and this is one of the best rentals we have experienced. The cleanliness, modern renovations, attention to details including the well stocked kitchen make this an amazing rental. We were thankful and appreciated that the house was available and undamaged since our trip was booked only one week after Hurricane Milton and two weeks after Hurricane Helene. We were able to enjoy our trip anyway and check on family members that live nearby. Since Anna Maria was in rough shape from the hurricanes and the beaches were closed we were happy to have this house and its great pool. We still got beach time with a drive up to Clearwater one day where the beach was open. Our only suggestion is perhaps installing a door on the ensuite bathroom since it is just a walkway into the main bedroom. This house is highly recommended !

The home was absolutely beautiful. They owners left a start of all needed items and made sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable start to finish. It was the perfect location for 2 moms and our 2 girls while in town for an event at IMG Academy. We were able to enjoy a short drive to events, time at the beach, and the central location was perfect to allow relaxation in the home and with friends. We had one issue with the internet and despite explicit directions to address (which was great if we could), when we couldn’t fix it, they quickly sent someone out to address and fix it and did not require us to be home for it to be taken care of. Highly recommend!

My children attended IMG academy and I worked from the house. My mother age 77 came with me. She enjoyed the lovely neighborhood. It was quiet enough to take calls and do virtual meetings. I went walking in the community and it’s only 8 minutes from IMG academy. The home was lovely. There isn’t a door on the bathroom in the master suite. It didn’t bother me but I thought you should know. I highly recommend especially to parents with children going to IMG. The pool and sitting area outside were both pristine.

Wonderful place and outdoor space

The property is very well equipped and had very nice amenities. It was extremely clean and represented exactly like the pictures. Highly recommended for a vacation home. This home also has an excellent location as well for AMI and other beaches.
