● Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are conveniently located within minutes.
● Please supervise children around the pool area at all times.
● Pool and sauna use are at guests’ own risk.
● Events and parties are not permitted .
● Please use the outdoor firepit instead of the indoor fireplace.
● We work hard to keep the property in great condition, but our maintenance teams’ schedules sometimes mean they may be onsite during your stay. On occasion, you may see lawncare, pool, pest, or pond service vendors completing their routine work.
● Florida has lots of bugs, and although our home is professionally treated quarterly, it’s impossible to eliminate them entirely—so we recommend bringing bug spray.
● The property has outdoor cameras and Ring doorbell camera to ensure security and safety for everyone and noise-detection hardware (does not record audio) to monitor excessive noise levels.
