Shorewalk vacation

The Condo was very clean, well equipped, very easy to find. Had a wonderful vacation here, the pools and hot tubs were great. The location was close to everything, grocery stores within walking distance, Walmart was very close too. If we had a problem the property manager was a phone call away. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We have stayed at Shore walk the last 3 years, 3 different units, this property was definitely the best. Nice view of the water. Very clean. It had everything you could want during your stay. We appreciated just the little things like paper towel, toilet paper, and kitchen seasonings. Owners were responsive with any questions/issues.

wonderful place for a birthday

The VRBO was wonderful. The accommodations were accurate description on line. The VRBO has many extras, spices, extra rolls of toilet paper (I truly appreciate this), beach accessories (towels, cooler and chairs). The manger of the VRBO was prompt to return calls.

Great Location

The condo was in a nice neighborhood, very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive and nice. The condo was well stocked and easy to make meals in. The whole complex was nice and there were 2 pools that were available for use. We walked to the grocery store and to a couple of close restaurants. It was easy to get to the beach and that was beautiful and nice. There were beach chairs available for use as well as other beach items. However there were some issues, one was the washer wasn't working but the property management informed us of that and helped us to figure that out - which was great! But the fan in the master bedroom didn't work and the air conditioner had issues. I did send some emails to the owner and did not get a response on any of them. Overall, this property was very nice and if some of those issues were resolved it would be great!

Great location but dated

Had difficulty getting into the property. Owner sent the wrong codes had to have local manager let us in. Best stocked unit we have ever been in. Great location to beach and airport. Several things needed immediate attention such as smoke alarm beeping, tvs would not open to a network, fan in master bedroom never did work. This being said on-site manager is as wonderful and corrected all except fan. We would rent there again.

Truly, Just Like Home

This property is in a safe neighborhood which was important to me as I was there alone for most of the time. Parking was right outside the door in this residential condo unit. It is an older well maintained large complex which is well stocked with just about every little thing anyone could need from spices, flour & sugar and baggies & foil in the kitchen to pool toys, fishing pole, cooler and even a tool box! Since I arrived late at night I really appreciated coffee and filters for the coffee pot in the morning. Of course, I left my share of products for the next tenants. There is a mini stack washer & dryer, King bed with en-suite walk in shower and hand held shower sprayer. The other bedroom had twin beds and bathroom with tub & shower combination, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I was in Bradenton to visit with my 99 year old mother who is in a nursing facility so I didn’t take advantage of the pool or beach. I did see families walking on the walkway to the pool however, and know that the beach on Anna Maria Island is a short drive from there as the condo is located right off Cortez which is a straight shot to the island. This location is a few blocks from Aldi & Winn Dixie, Applebee’s, Outback etc. It is a good location with beautiful view of the small lake with many birds and even a daily visit from a friendly duck who begged for food each morning. Delightful! Yes, I would definitely stay there again.
