Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave the beds unmade. Do NOT strip the sheets/coverlets. Empty all the trash and place in outside bins (trash pickup Monday and Thursday, recycle pickup Thursdays)
Please make sure all beach equipment is cleaned off and placed back in the garage.
Please put all pool umbrellas down and put outdoor game equipment back in game closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The place was beautiful! We had a great time, it was super clean and close to prime locations, the host was very friendly and helpful, definitely recommended We for sure are going back.

Very nice, rare VRBO where house was even nicer than the pictures. Can’t walk anywhere, neighborhood ok but very fun house. Great rental set up

AMAZING PROPERTY FOR A FAMILY TRIP

Just a home away from home. Looks better than the photos. Larger and comfy! We are coming back in the summer. Manager was on top of everything and very attentive!!
