Enjoy a private pickleball court, a resort-style pool with a sandy beach vibe, and ample parking for boats and vehicles,all just minutes from stunning beaches, top shopping, and dining.

Inside, you’ll find 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 of which feature private bathrooms and unique guest layouts. A half-bath is conveniently located downstairs. The fully upgraded kitchen with brand-new appliances makes meal prep a breeze, while the dining area accommodates up to 8 guests. Unwind in the cozy TV room after a day of adventure.

For those looking to explore beyond the property, a private 25-foot charter boat with a captain is available upon request for an unforgettable day on the Gulf of Mexico.

Please note: There is an annex on the property with a separate entrance, where our team members occasionally stay to provide assistance if needed. It is completely independent from the main house, ensuring your total privacy throughout your stay.

Bradenton House

Beautiful and spacious place, lots of rooms. You can tell a lot of work has been done to the place. Chritian was very accommodating, responded very quickly and catered to our needs. Had a firepit line that needed to be replaced and he took care of it 1st thing in the morning. Overall the host made our golf outing a great experience. Thanks
