The primary suite offers a workspace overlooking nature preserve behind the villa. There’s a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom with pull out couch has an adjacent bath. There’s washer, dryer, dishwasher. Short drive to University Town Center with premier shopping, a new upscale mall and dining. 5 minute drive to The brand new Mote Marine, and Benderson rowing and recreation complex as well. Great bike paths throughout the community, even ride your bike to Whole Foods or three other major grocery stores. And your villa is Just a few Steps to the community pool & spa. University Park Country Club is semi private so you can enjoy any of UPCC’s manicured 27 holes of golf and the lively clubhouse just a five minute walk from your quiet villa.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is ideal—situated in a beautiful, quiet community with easy access to the pool, golf, restaurants, and the area’s gorgeous beaches. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the lanai with its peaceful preserve view, where we could watch birds and wildlife each morning. The furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the entire home felt welcoming and well cared for. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was simple. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing Florida getaway.
