Living Room has a Hide-A-Bed (gel queen XL, new 22) so unit sleeps a max. 6. full washer and dryer, New Kitchen Cabinets and Granite Countertops (new 22). The property was very clean with the exception of one of the bathrooms where there was a ball of hair left in the shower -- note, it would have been easy to miss so I understood. The beds were really comfortable which is a huge thing for us. One recommendation is to post that it is an upstairs unit as I was not prepared to haul my 50 lb suitcase up a flight of stairs at check in. I also suggest that the lock be replaced as the battery died while I was there making it difficult to get in one night and impossible to leave and lock the door the next day. Replacement batteries arrived quickly - amazing response by the team - but it was a known issue so they need to proactively address this before a guest gets locked out.

Excellent condo - all the amenities - close to everything!

This condo was perfect for our five family members (2 parents, 3 kids). Hosts were friendly and gave us everything we needed to know--painless access/check-in procedure. Everything we needed was in the condo. The 2 pools, hot tub, pickleball and basketball courts were all used by us. Short 20 minute drive to excellent beaches and nearby restaurants and shopping was a big plus. This is definitely on our "stay here again" list!

Near everything, 4 minutes to IMG, 20 min to the beach, 20 min from the airport, restaurants and shopping all around. The owners John & Sharon are very helpful and truly want your stay to be memorable and pleasant. Very communicative. We will stay here again!

Very pleasant stay

The accommodations were very comfortable. Unit was close to heated pool/tennis/pickleball courts and clubhouse. Owners were very responsive to a couple of issues that came up and took care of them in a very timely manner. This is a 2nd floor unit, so had to navigate stairs. But we knew this going in. Also close to beaches, Anna Maria Island and shopping was very convenient. Unit was well equipped for kitchen and bedding/towels, etc. Also, Unit was very quiet.

Shorewalk

The decor and furnishings were comfortable and up to date. Lanai was great overlooking the pond where there are many ducks to watch. Loved the separation of the guest room from the Master suite. Could not hear any noise from the other condos. Looking forward to staying here again next year!!! Also the owners were great at keeping in touch if we had any questions

Fantastic stay October 2023

Just returned from a two weeks stay at Shorewalk, great communication with owner and condo spotlessly clean. Ideally located onsite to pool and club house with its family staff and other facilities. Great location for shops, restaurants and getting to the beach, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler all available in condo. Weather was brilliant and had some lovely days relaxing around the pool, others having days out. Would highly recommend this condo.

Shorewalk updated Condo

This condo made for a very enjoyable stay!! Everything has been remodeled from the kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We really enjoyed the Ninja coffee machine. The bathrooms have also been updated. There are very comfortable new patio furnishings on the lanai with a ceiling fan. Please note there are 15 steps to the entry but they were not too difficult to navigate and we are in our 70’s.
