Condo has Wonderful Lake View with Tropical Surroundings. Just minutes from Anna Maria Island, Downtown Bradenton, Sarasota, St. Pete, Lakewood Ranch. New Paint. New Carpet. New Furniture new flooring . Turn-key Ready. Condo is very clean and well maintained. Lakeside is a Gated community. Close to all shopping and several Restaurants to choose from. Includes everything Electric, Water and Trash, Internet. No Smoking. Must be approved by association. Must have a 700 FICO score to stay there over 2 weeks. Condo Association gets background check for all who stay here over two weeks. Association can take up to 30 days to approve tenants. Please book early. The cost of Condo is lower because longer stay and cancellation policy. Will take small well-trained animal.
