Waterfront Home with Private Dock and Kayaks 4 Bedroom 2 Bath

This spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath house is located on a canal with direct access to the Manatee River. The 20ft private dock is the perfect place to relax, fish, or just enjoy the outdoors. We are just 2.5 miles from I-75 and close to many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed, closet, Roku TV, and a private full bath.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a twin bed, a large closet, and a smart TV.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, twin bed, and twin trundle bed. This bedroom also features a closet and Roku TV.

Bedroom 4 is on the second story with a queen bed and a balcony overlooking the canal. This is the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee and some yoga! A desk, office chair and closet are also located in this room. Please note: this room is airconditioned by a window unit A/C. All other rooms use central heating and cooling.

Both bathrooms include a shower-tub, toilet, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels, wash cloths, and beach towels are provided.

The large living room features a sectional sofa and a smart TV. Roku is provided in 3 bedrooms, however, you will need to use your own log in/account. High speed Wifi is also provided.

Bringing little ones? We provide plastic dishware, a highchair, and pack n play. The home also has additional safety locks on 3 exterior doors as well as basic alarms on 3 doors for added child safety.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, pots/pans, and baking necessities. Dishes and silverware to accommodate 12.

The dining room table will comfortably fit 6. There is seating at the bar for 3 and additional seating at the breakfast nook for 4. The breakfast nook looks out to the canal and backyard.

In the backyard you will find the gas grill, fire pit, table seating for 4, and lounge seating for 7. A variety of yard games are located in the utility room.

Beach chairs, camping style chairs, a cooler, and the washer and dryer are also located in the utility room. Additionally, we have 4 adult beach cruiser bikes available for guest use. Please contact us prior to booking if you plan to bring your boat.

Our house is best suited for families. Events and parties will not be tolerated. Please no loud music or fireworks. Smoking in the house, on the balcony, or near exterior doors is not permitted.

Please be aware that 1 bedroom is accessed from 1 flight of stairs. Additionally, there are 2 small step downs within the house to access the living room and breakfast nook/backdoor.

An electronic door keypad is used to access the house. For added security, our codes are changed for each group of guests.

The yard and dock are under 24 hour active video surveillance. Our security system consists of a Wyze doorbell on the front door, a Wyze camera facing the front of the house and yard, and a Wyze camera facing the backyard/dock area. The house also has working fire alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, and an interior noise monitoring device (Minut). The noise monitoring device monitors decibels of noise in the home, not conversations.

Location:

Publix, Outback Steakhouse, Applebees, Culvers, Pizza, Wawa, Walgreens, and more are all located within a mile. Walmart is 2 miles away. Interstate 75 is 3 miles away.

Great home in a fabulous neighborhood

The property was exactly as described and the amenities are great! The home has plenty of open space for our group of 7 to spread-out. Very peaceful neighborhood with almost no traffic.

Great Beach House

We were in town for a family Thanksgiving. This was the closest rental to our relatives and it was perfect. Great location. We needed four bedrooms and it was roomy for everyone. Very clean and well cared for, you can tell the landlords have real pride in ownership. Bikes and kayaks round out everything you could ask for near the water. Highly recommend this vacation home!

Very nice!

My sister and friend truly enjoyed Lauren’s property. It was as described, and impeccable. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were super comfy. We enjoyed the kayaks and bikes which made the vacation even more special. Communication with Lauren was excellent.

Birthday Celebration

We had a great stay. Place as advertised. House very well equipped - abundant plates, glasses and various kitchen accessories including a nice outdoor grill allowed feeding our group a cinch, while bikes, kayaks and beach chairs were very much appreciated. Games and blocks were well used by the toddler in our group along with a visiting cousin. Our host Lauren was easy to communicate with, and patiently helped resolve an issue we had with VRBO. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay Lauren!

The house was very spacious!! It had enough room for our whole family and allowed for so many family fun activities. We played games, fished and even went to the beach. It was such a joy to be able to be with our family and really enjoy this wonderful place. The house was clean, they provided so many outdoor games/activities and board games. Communication with the property manager was great, she responded quickly to all messages. We will definitely be back if we go back to Bradenton.

College recruiting colleagues

The house had a great layout for the group of coed colleagues staying together. Plenty of space, rooms, furnishings. It had great amenities with laundry, and a closet full of games and access to bikes. Although we did not get to enjoy the property much because we were working a lot, it was a great experience and House. Highly recommend, Lauren was also willing to mail back a few things that my colleagues had left in their rooms which is never expected, but greatly appreciated!

Hidden gem

I cant give this place 5 stars bc that would be a 100% house and we all know that unusual! But this place had everything! Tons of games, Tupperware, coffee pots etc they just about thought of everything and the huge living room wow thats nice! The tubs were a little outdated however that dont bug me at all also could have a little lighting out back on the patio however the neighbors house lights it up enough to see. Over all tho i would rent this little gem again!

A well appointed home

With five adults in one house, the concern is always that there everyone will be on top of one another. Not the case here! With several spaces for eating and gathering--both indoors and outdoors-- we had plenty of room. My sister enjoyed the solitude of the upstairs room away from noise. Unfortunately, we didn't have the time or weather to enjoy the endless options for entertainment but trust me, there is no chance of being bored. The kitchen was particularly well equipped as well. The host was responsive and helpful although we had no issues to contact her about, just logistics. Can't wait to go back in a warmer season!

Awesome property for big and littles

Communication with the property manager was excellent. She responded very quickly! We found the property exactly how described. We had littles (2 under the age of 3) traveling and her property was equipped to handle our young travelers (pack n play, high chair, dishes, cups, utensils). The property is well appointed with everything you would need for an extended stay (everything listed was provided) as well laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, trash bags). We loved the decor (especially the large lighted anchor which was useful for finding our way home in the evening). The house had plenty of space for our party to spread out and lots of space for the little ones to crawl and dance w/o fear of knocking into something. There were plenty of outdoor activities for older kids. We were very impressed with this rental and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when staying in the area...We enjoyed our time here VERY much. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us!

We just need a place to stay a few days to go to a family and friends get together to say goodbye to my brother. That having been said, it would be a great vacation house, and cheaper for 4 people than a hotel in the area.

Great VRBO especially if you have a boat!

We booked this house only days away from the July 4th holiday and it didn’t disappoint. The neighborhood and location is perfect! Very close to I 75 and on the water with very quick access to the manatee river which gives you access to all the favorite local boating spots. The actual has was clean and comfortable. As described and no issues there. The host was very accommodating and communicated well. I can easily see us using this VRBO again.
