This waterfront home with a private dock is the perfect getaway. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is an active 55+ condominium community, featuring numerous clubs and activities...walking/ biking paths, swimming pool, exercise and locker rooms with dry sauna and whirlpool, Tennis/ Pickleball courts, Shuffleboard, Kayak launch, Boat docks, Bird Sanctuary and Park with picnic gazebo, Extensive landscaping and gardens on 86 acres of bayfront property.
The space
The villa is on the canal with a stunning panoramic view. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances including a set of washer and dryer. Wireless internet, 3 flat screen TVs, Xbox gaming system. Sleeping arrangement : 1st bedroom - 1 King size numbers bed with in-situ bathroom. 2nd bedroom- 1 Queen bed

Guests are welcome to enjoy all the facilities of the Condominium. Tennis Courts, fitness center, swimming pool and club house. Private drive parking for 2 cars.
