"Curtains on the window didn’t close. We had a ground level room, no privacy."

"Staff is always kind and go out of their way to take care of any problems that may arise. Our initial room, the hot water was not working, the staff quickly moved us to a new room and resolved the issue!"

"The breakfast had a great selection. They have non dairy milk available which was amazing. The rooms are clean and a good size. The beds were so comfortable. We would stay there again. They even have an extra lock on the hotel room doors. The tv had a great selection of channels. "

"The smell on third floor hallway was overwhelming. We had to hold our nose and run to our room. There was no room service for our entire stay. The hallways and staircases are old and overall inside looks terrible. The breakfast was good. The toilette in the room is so low and old, it hurts your knees. The staff need to make a serious update to the rooms."
