They tried to put me in 2 different rooms that both had bugs. Then they tried to play the no refunds claiming the bugs were "outside bugs" amd were in all of the rooms. I then politely told them the bugs shouldn't be in the room and that expedia gives refunds when customers cancel reservations because of bugs. The lady hesitated and got an attitude but eventually gave me a refund.

Everything was as advertised and the employees that I talked to were very friendly. The only problems were a very limited breakfast and the parking lot needs a little attention. I believe the stay was worth the cost.

Decent value but terrible employee
The hotel is fine for what it is-a low-cost motel. I have stayed here before and been totally satisfied, but this trip, the front-desk employee was completely un-helpful and rude. the rooms themselves are fine, decent value for the money.

It was sort of OK - but the bugs got in the way -
There were bugs in the room. Put a chair in front of the door. Did like that there were lights between parking and the door. A bit noisy.

Hidden Jewel
This hotel is a hidden jewel. The interior is like in new condition. I travel a lot & this older hotel was a lot better that some of the more expensive hotels. Real clean hotel. Everything was good about it!
