"Nice, very clean, updated vintage property. Location was ideal! Aspen is very walkable but having free bus transportation was great, especially after a day of hiking! The staff was personable and informative about all that is available in the area! Would definitely stay here again!"
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent service and amenities in the best spot in Aspen. Steps from dining and shopping, with a rooftop worth the visit.
Loved the staff "
"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite.
Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely.
They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response.
Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30.
Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone?
Staff did call us morning of checkout to...

"There was plenty of room, clean, and in a great area. I wasnt sure if there was A/C so it was pretty warm during the day, but we were put and about for most of our trip, so no big deal.Thank you for hosting!"
101 Park Avenue | Expansive Private Home in East Aspen, Walking Distance to Town
4/10 Poor
"False advertising - the house had limited air conditioning - only 1 bedroom had air conditioning. The entire home was musty and smelled like mold and mildew - we bought our own supplies to clean it - the maintenance team had to go buy box fans and extension cords to help with the smell and the heat - the bed rooms never cooled off (even with all windows open) The housekeepers were at the house when we arrived and stayed an additional 3 hours - we were unable to unload and settle in as per my prior communication with the management team. Outside patio was basically useless - as it rained every day and the cushions never dried. We left the house in much better shape than we found it - way too expensive for broken lamps, no AC, mildew and mold, etc. We will stay in homes we have stayed in prior next summer- we would not recommend this home. We plan on returning for a month - not a week next year. Management was short and frustrated with us every time we called - which was often. "
