I can’t fault this place. Superb in every way possible. Reception staff, restaurant staff all exemplary. Food unbelievable, beautiful grounds surrounding property and 5* rooms. Will be back

Excellent place to stay.Good location for exploring the area. Local walks Hadrians wall etc.We stayed in the Hadrian suite.Very spacious with nice roll top bath.We ate in the bar on burger night. Amazing staff and cute little cafe on site. Brampton is a cute town a very short drive away as is Hadrian's wall. Amazing little cabin to unplug and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Carlisle is also an easy 20 minute drive or so.

The property is a few minutes drive from Hadrian’s Wall which was worth visiting. We also hired a canoe on Talkin Tarn. The inn is in the village of Talkin on the outskirts of Brampton. We didn’t stop in Brampton itself.
