"I had surgery and specifically requested a non smoking room prior to check in. Upon arriving to my room, it smelt like cigarette - so the front desk accommodated a room change. The second room also smelt heavily of smoke, and upon requesting for the third time a non-smoking room, I was told the best they can do is to “spray the carpet”. Due to complications second hand smoke can have on bleeding and other surgical risks, I couldn’t even stay my first night. I had to check out within a few hours and the hotel is refusing to provide a refund, even though it was for legitimate medical reasons. They are saying I “refused” a room change, however, it would’ve been my third time changing rooms. At that point is what made clear, no matter which room they put me in, it’s simply not a smoke free hotel, and a “non smoking room” was wrongfully advertised. I am now out $400 and they refuse to refund me. "

"When i get there with my car , i have been told that i have to park my car somewhere in on of the street and come back for check in , while there was a rain outside, thanks one of the staff let me park my car some place arround hotel , thanks to her that she manage . "

"They were shops nearby but the condition of the rooms are very terrible, all types of insects including bed bugs, doors do not even close talk less of locking, worst experience I’ve ever had. Very poor customer service, this is not even a hotel. More like a prison imo. They do not deserve to run the business. Very dirty place, they are dusts everywhere, not been cleaned for over a year I think. They’re scammers, will force you to checkout after complaining and then say no refund later after checking you out. "
