"A true Gem."

"I had surgery and specifically requested a non smoking room prior to check in. Upon arriving to my room, it smelt like cigarette - so the front desk accommodated a room change. The second room also smelt heavily of smoke, and upon requesting for the third time a non-smoking room, I was told the best they can do is to “spray the carpet”. Due to complications second hand smoke can have on bleeding and other surgical risks, I couldn’t even stay my first night. I had to check out within a few hours and the hotel is refusing to provide a refund, even though it was for legitimate medical reasons. They are saying I “refused” a room change, however, it would’ve been my third time changing rooms. At that point is what made clear, no matter which room they put me in, it’s simply not a smoke free hotel, and a “non smoking room” was wrongfully advertised. I am now out $400 and they refuse to refund me. "

"When i get there with my car , i have been told that i have to park my car somewhere in on of the street and come back for check in , while there was a rain outside, thanks one of the staff let me park my car some place arround hotel , thanks to her that she manage . "

"The room was awful . No window, I have selected room as city view, I arrived around 22:30 pm and was so tried. I don't ask to change. There is not enough light for corridor . I don't recommend any single woman who is travelling for business and holiday. "

"A quick check-in upon arrival together with an upgrade to Executive Suite which was extremely clean and spacious whilst providing all the amenities we required. We regularly used the club lounge offering a small array of delicious food and drink. The car park and valet were also free for customers staying at the hotel. Breakfast offered an enormous variety of foods catering for all possible dietary requirements. All in all we were perfectly happy with our two-night stay and will certainly return in the near future!"

"Price x benefits - almost £150 and a horrible experience - staff barely speak English - the spa staff absolutely bonkers - rude - don’t have a Jalisco and remember you are £150 on turkey what is a lot of money - never again "
